We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days.
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location and courier services.
Neverland Studios is not responsible for delays once your order has been dispatched.
5. Click & Collect
Customers selecting click & collect will be notified via email when their order is ready.
Please do not arrive for collection until you have received this notification.
6. Returns & Exchanges
All returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
